Live Chat: The Quickest Route
For nearly everything, live chat is the place to begin. It’s available around the clock, and on the site you’ll find it at the foot of the page, so it’s never more than a scroll away on a phone. The operator describes its support staff as multilingual; which languages are covered at a given hour isn’t stated, so if you’d prefer Arabic, just say so at the start. Chat suits anything that needs a quick answer – a question about installing the Android app, a login that’s failing, a bonus that hasn’t shown up. I mean, it’s simply faster than writing an email and waiting. If you’re stuck right now, open the chat first.
When Email Is the Better Choice
Email is slower, though it leaves a record, and for a few things the terms actually expect it. The general address is [email protected]. That’s where you’d write to ask for your account to be closed, to request self-exclusion, or to raise a refund – and on refunds the terms are strict, since the request has to arrive within 24 hours of the transaction. Two other addresses have narrower jobs: [email protected] is for a formal complaint once support hasn’t resolved something, and [email protected] reaches the Data Protection Officer for anything about your personal data. A phone line and a postal address aren’t given in the site’s contact details. It’s worth writing from the email your account is registered to, so they can tell it’s you.
App and Mobile Questions
A good share of what people ask from a phone has to do with getting in at all. Here’s where each of the usual questions is best taken, and what will speed things along.
| Your question | Best place to ask | Have this ready |
| The Android app won’t install | Live chat | Your phone model and Android version, and the error shown |
| Adding the home-screen shortcut | Create Shortcut page first, then live chat | Which browser you’re using |
| Is this app or page genuine? | Live chat, before you install or log in | The address of the page you were on |
| Login fails in the app or shortcut | Live chat | Your username and a screenshot of the error |
| A deposit made on your phone isn’t showing | Live chat, then email | Amount, payment method, date and time |
| Sending verification documents | Your account; support if it’s unclear | Clear photos of the documents requested |
The third row is the one we’d underline. If you’re ever unsure whether an app, a file or a login page really belongs to the operator, ask before you type your password into it, not after. It’s a far easier question to deal with than the ones that follow when it isn’t asked. Keep the table to hand for the day you need it.
Before You Write
Whatever the problem, a complete first message saves a great deal of back-and-forth. It needn’t be long. It helps, you know, if it simply contains the right things:
- your username, but never your password;
- the email address your account is registered to;
- the device you’re on, and whether you use the app, the shortcut or the browser;
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot of any error message – the Help Centre itself asks for one;
- for payment questions, the amount, the method and the date.
One caution belongs here as well. Nobody from support needs your password, and you shouldn’t send card details or documents through a link that arrives in a message. If anything of that kind is asked of you, stop, and check with live chat on the site itself.
If the First Answer Doesn’t Settle It
Plenty of questions end in the chat window. For those that don’t, the terms set out a clear path, and it’s worth knowing before you ever need it:
- Raise the matter with support first, by chat or at [email protected];
- If it isn’t resolved, send a written complaint to [email protected] from your registered email;
- Put the word COMPLAINT and the reason in the subject line, and include your username, your full name, a clear account of what happened and the dates;
- A Complaints Resolution Committee reviews it, and you’re told the outcome within ten days, or longer for unusually complex cases;
- If you’re still not satisfied, the terms point to an external dispute resolution option.
A little patience helps with money matters in particular. Withdrawals are handled by the finance department within three business days, and the terms give its hours as 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday – that’s 9 AM to 8 PM in Kuwait – so a request made late on a Friday will, sort of inevitably, wait until the following week. Bank transfers can take three to five business days more. It’s worth checking the calendar before you chase.
The Help Centre
Not everything needs a conversation. The Help Centre on the site groups ready-made answers into eight topics, among them accounts and verification, the casino, the sportsbook and technical matters. For mobile users the Technical topic is the natural first stop, and the Create Shortcut page, linked in the footer, has the official steps for Android and iOS. Have a look there first; the answer may already be waiting.
One last thing, and it isn’t a small one. The same support team will arrange a break or self-exclusion if you ask, and there’s no need to explain why – gambling can be addictive, as the operator itself says, and no result is ever guaranteed. Please confirm that this kind of activity is permitted in your jurisdiction before you register, deposit or play. And it seems like a small thing, but save [email protected] in your contacts today, while nothing’s wrong.
